I have salvaged a mini-mainboard (P133)+ common board (just a baseplate with a bunch of connectors but little logic + and 14 in TFT from an industrial PC. The mainboard has a regular VGA output as well as seeming to have a TFT controller. The panel is an IBM itxg60d. It is connected to the base plate by a 40 pin IDE style connector. The mainboard signals somehow get fed through the base plate to the TFT.
Is this interface anything standard like, so that there is a chance of generating the drive signals from a modern DVI graphics card? Is it maybe LVDS?
Sorry for my ignorance, but I don't even know what keywords to use in my search.
Thanks!
Eric
