I mean, i need a circuit of 4 channel mixer. But i have many scheme, but all of them is noisy,,, i need a qualified scheme, is there someone , help me... 🙂

i need S.S,, becouse i can not find Tube and i have not got place in the box for with Tube mixing..
This is the simplest.A single op amp working a summing inverting amplifier is the simplest way to do this job.
unless you need mic amplification and very large output even an LM741 will do the job. The TL071 is certainly more than adequate. Why don't you go for the classic audio NE5534 ?
Remember that "noisy" as you describe it i guess implies pcb and wiring/grounding problems. I seriously doubt that the TL071 failed to do the job.
