I have bought a Dynavox DA-30 amplifier recently. I didn't like the casing much, so I designed and printed a new one...

It's not the most advanced or beautiful design... but if anyone's interested in the STL files, let me know.

Great to see this new technology beginning to come into its own. A friend of mine just 3D printed some motorcycle parts (not ones that are mission/life critical) and they were superb and did exactly what he wanted of them.

I'm interested how long it took. My guess would be something 10 hours+ ?
I've had access to a 3D printer now for the first time, and it is definitely a new way of constructing things!
Love the led inside it, looks great! I had the same idea when looking through a block with cross-hatched filler in it 🙂

Very nice. Second moggi1964's opinion re new tech. I'm building a CNC machine while waiting for the prices to go down and the tech/performance to go up on 3D printers. Looks like I might have to consider one before two long.
