32-bit mono on CD-A

Not that 32-bit A/D's or D/A's are obtainable yet (or maybe ever)or anything.... but an idea occurred to me that you could make a wav file and record the 16 MSB's on the left channel and the 16 LSB's on the right channel then burn it as a CDDA track. Have the D/A look for only rising edges of the LR clock as the start of a new double word. The bit stream would be in the right order. Now, as mono, what you could use it for is quite another thing... 🙄
