30MB6 data

Went to a hamfest this weekend and picked up some 30MB6's dirt cheap, HOWEVER, I can't find a thing on these. Anyone have any info they can send or post?

I've found a couple places selling 30MB6's, but no 23's. Vacuumtubes.net has the 30MB6 listed.
