Hello All,
My name is Colin and i want to build my own 3 way tower speaker.
The max size of the tower i want it to be is 100cm(H)x25cm(W)x35cm(D)
This is allowed by my wife:-D
The drivers are:
ess-amt for hi
Hivi L6-4R for mids (89db sens)
2x Peerless SLS-830667 for lo with tuned port (86db sens)
So far is i have calculated the mid and this wil fit in a closed box of 20cm(H)x20cm(W)x30cm(D) of 9mm multiplex
The only problem are the peerless drivers.
i want them to fit in a enclosure of 63cm(H)x25cm(W)x35cm(D)
i want 2 so i can get to 89db sens to get to the HiVi L6-4R.
And want to make a horn like bassport, looks nice
Later i want to make a crossover but for testing i will use a dsp.
I made some drawings.
Is there someone who can help me with the bass/lo enclosure.
It wil be a challenge 🙂 All tips are welcome and want to implement your comments to the design.
