2SK117-BL - good source for matched pairs?

Has this ship sailed?

I found this on ebay, seems a bit flaky and they are KEC rather than Toshiba devices - appreciate thoughts:
4 X MATCHED (Idss = 7.05mA) KEC 2SK117 2SK117BL LOW NOISE FOR AUDIO FET | eBay

Alternatively - could anyone link something I can build or use to accurately measure Idss on these? I'm guessing my basic Mega328 won't be much use, but I don't have much knowledge on the topic.

I have a small pool of genuine Toshiba 2SK117-GR (about 20) in various amps here that I could presumably pull and pair, if buying isn't an option.

You can still buy genuine Toshiba 2SK209 from Digikey which is equivalent of 2SK117 in SOT23.

And if you bother to search in the forum, you will find many matching circuits, including :

Only if you buy 3000 in a reel at $0.15 each. Vertical will sell you 98 pcs at $1.18 each.
MCM claims to sell them individually for $1.47, but there's a fee, used to be around $20.
Full Compass is $1.10 plus shipping, sounds like the best bet.
