I have recently purchased the Air Tight 211 monoblocks. While I love their sound I know that inexpensive Shuguang 211 tubes were beautifully matched, do any of you have great experience with other 211s, including the various Psvane 211s. - Gordon
I have a pair of Psvane 211-TII tubes that I got used for a pretty good deal..
You can buy them here: 211-TII (pair) | Psvane & Shuguang Treasure Audio Tubes
I don't have any other 211's to compare them to, but they work great. And though the datasheet shows that in class A they shouldn't be dissipating more than 75W max, I run them at 85W, and they've been running well for a good while now.

I tried some GE 211/vt4c which sounded excellent in a 845 china made amp. The amp had fixed bias so it can use 845 tubes with enough adjustment of the bias voltage to use 211 tubes. I thought the GE 211 sounded better or the same as the 845 tubes.
I should mention to all those who are thinking or who bought an amp made in China that they should check the power transformer's input voltage to make certain that it is for 120vac. I checked online and found many amps were designed with 110/220vac power transformers. this will mean that your B+ voltages will all be at least 10% higher than the actual design parameters. Buyer beware!

Hi 211's
I have been running my Sino 211 at 930V@100mA for years and they sound quite good at that point.
The Sino 211 measure better at 100mA than 60mA
Best regards
Karsten
