200ASC Icepower Module upgrade

I have Cary CAA 1 power amp which I need to replace one fault 200ASC amp module. With the latest version available I required to replace both modules.

Now, is it possible to use 300ASC or 700ASC modules as an upgrade to original model? Any need physical modification on the existing power supply board or other parts?
