I need a 2 pole toggle switch to switch between two sets of rca inputs. Is there a particular switch I should get to preserve sound quality or can I just buy one from radio shack for a few bucks and use that?
Line-level (and smaller signals) should never be switched with a toggle switch. Togglers have pressure contacts. Use a quality slide switch or switch an audio-grade relay (bifurcated contacts) to do the work. E
