2 conductor or 4 conductor speaker wire

Greetings and salutations,

I am about to purchase 4 Polk TSi500 speakers for my surround sound system. I noticed four wire ports on the back of the speaker. Does this mean I need 4 conductor speaker wire for this system? I will be using a Marantz SR 6007 as a receiver.
