1959 Silvertone Syntronic Can Capacitor question

I have a 1959 Silvertone Console and I've replaced the electrolytic caps in the amp except for the can cap.

I can't find the can as an assembly so I'm going to replace the individual caps.

Here are the ratings for the caps in the can:

60uf 400v
40uf 400v
40uf 350v
50uf 300v

Can I replace them with these? What would the difference be, if any?

68uf 450v
47uf 450v <----i can double either one of these instead?
39uf 400v <----i can double either one of these instead?
56uf 400v

Here's the Can Cap on the schematic C3 A, B, C, and D.

Thanks!

Because you have a 5Y3 rectifier were it me I would probably use the following individual caps:

56uF/400V
47uF/400V
47uF/400V
56uF/400V

All of these could be 450V as well.

Given the compact size of modern capacitors you might be able to fit these inside the original can and retain the original appearance of the amplifier chassis, baring this you can mount them underneath the chassis making sure to disconnect the old cap.

I do plan on putting them in the existing can. I am familiar and proficient with soldering as I work on car electrical systems for a living but I am new to electronic audio capacitors so I want to make sure I am using the correct parts. Thanks for the input!

I've used some heat shrink on the leads for the other electrolytics in the amp already. It's serves the purpose great!

I haven't replaced any of the disc capacitors or the resistors but it is sounding better already.

First up, I'm going to replace the can caps and then any electrolytics or paper caps in the tuner(which I have not examined yet). I've only had this console about3 weeks so it is a work in progress.

Got all the caps and resistors I'm going to replace on order. The only one I couldn't find was an electrolytic rated 8uf 50v. It's in the upper right corner of this pic:

Here are some other pics of the schematic if needed for reference.

It's the brown cap in this pic:

I am guessing I could replace this with a 8uf 100v and everything is ok?
