19" relay racks are as common as dirt in the PA market.
check mcmelectronics.com in the USA. You won't want to buy from there but will show you what to look for. Also known as travel cases.
My tape measure says 19" is 48.3 cm. Two pieces of Peavey gear I own are 48.2 and 48.6 cm wide.

I've looked at this as well a few years back. But other than flightcases and (expensive) studio furniture I haven't found anything suitable.
Only option left was to DIY. I made cubicals who are 48 cm wide and 50 cm deep. The cubicals are flexible: just add as many as you need.
The internal sides have small blind holes to fix the glass shelves (at adjustable heights).

I think there may be some confusion. In the pro ranks a rack is a piece of equipment with threaded hole strips down the sides made for 19" gear.
I THINK in the hifi world, the word rack just means a shelving unit for your stuff.

Sure, but if required you can mount those hole strips in hifi racks.
I believe the OP is looking for a peace of furniture that is wide enough to fit a 19" device.
I've purchased a few racks from Argos over the last few years .
The Verona range has sizes from 40 - 60 cm wide and 40 cm deep with various wood and glass finished shelfs , the downside is they use plastic ( screw together ) poles but i just replace with adjustable metal ones designed for kitchen units if i want more strength
sold in most diy stores.
I 've also seen these or very similar racks in hi - fi shops , fake wood and plastic , the only difference being the ones in ' specialist ' stores are around 150% more expensive😀
