I have 8 speakers 18 faital pro 18xl1600 what is the best box that you guys recommend for that speaker?🙂
‘Best’ is a floating point along a curve of ‘best’ alignments based on the size, budget limitations and performance requirements, so you’ll have to be more specific.

I would say that it seems to work well in the Keystone.
Otherwise a packing crate with my address on it would be the absolute best box.

cool, I would like a pair for my hifi
I use the smaller 15" sister for my bass guitar
closed box, and pounds very hard when needed
but I guess you may need some kind of 'venting' to cool the driver
how about PPSL ?

Are they the 4Ω or 8Ω version?
Unless something has changed, they may have tinsel lead issues.

They do have great parameters for a 31hz PPSL with 6th order vented alignment, the vent may be an issue as the box will be so small.
If you don't mind a big box you might want to consider Art's Keystone.

I play in a band music and sometimes I rent the sound systemfor insight and outside shows and I have face amps t2000let's say that I want to bill the best sound system for 5000 people,I'm selling all my sound system so I can have a brand new but I want to have the best I have a box truck to move them so it is no problem to move them,so on,you opinion guys what is the best box for those speakers?*
It's still Keystone in that case.
Art is very knowledgeable and backs it up with experience and lots of research. (The building kind, not simulations)

Proper drawings are somewhere in that thread.
Eight of those boxes would probably make quite some noise.

just curious ... what will be used above the 18" ?
and ... will this kind of woofer(s) always be used below 150hz only ?
may have good reasons like practical placement etc, but does seem like wasting a lot of expencive energy 😕

Hi javiert,
If size and weight are not a problem and you want to 'steer' the bass (directivity) max possible and with highest sensitivity/output figures, you can Google for "super bass horn - startec".

I guess you just need a fork lift and a good drive way
or maybe 4 strong men can move it
I don't know
that's why I ask ... just curious 'conversating'
