JLH style output with mosfet, I would suggest adding another resistor 680 to the upper mosfet across gate and source. It can actually work in class B, you might have already find out. Even in class B, the distortion is still acceptable.
I also suggest adding a Miller cap that including output stage. It solves the stability issue completely and it won’t affect thd too much as the OPT is inside the Miller loop.
I have a similar design like this with differential input stage.
