one of the channels starts squaring the sinewave at 13vac . The other channel goes to 36vac without distortion. Also its drawing .03 amps without the remote applied. I discovered the 4 drive transistors in the pic heating up so im assuming that's where the current is going. I replaced all 4 without any change.

Connect only remote and ground (no B+) and confirm that you have a good drive signal on all of the gate legs of all of the PS FETs.
