    I use a soundblaster X-Fi Audio extreme with the creative IO module and a spif cable to connect to my Yamaha RC-V361 receiver. I find that the receiver can't handle an an input level of more than 48 Mhz. My monitor (24" HDCP compliant) is driven through DVI, my televison goes through s-video...
