Hi Leolabs
There is no output signal on the PreOut jacks.
When ich apply an input on any source inputs I can pursue the signal till the uPD6362 IC.
After that I can´t find it anymore.
It would be easier to search for if I had a schematic.
The voltages on the board are ok.

If it is anything similar to the C-90, there are a lot of relays that often fail with age...
You may also check the switching function in the phone-plug (some pre-amps mutes the main-output when plugging in).

although it's a long time ago, did you succeed in repairing your Pioneer C73 ? And if yes, what was the problem ? I am currently in the same situation.
