I’ve still been quite unsuccessful in finding a pair of Tube cages for my Audio Research VM- 220 monoblock amps. I guess I’ll have 2 go to the next option which is to have a pair of aftermarket made cages or have them custom- made. Is there anyone out there who does this? If so, please drop me a message at your earliest convenience.

Maybe you could contact SkyFi Audio in New Jersey and ask if they can sell you a pair of tube cages.

Just roll your own from stainless steel wire mesh.
Alternate is sheet mesh with holes, as used in furniture.
Should be commonly available.
Cut and bend using a pipe as former, tie the ends with wire, or weld if sheet is used.
Mesh will give better ventilation.
For caps, if needed, see the odds and ends section of plumbing and bike parts stores...you will be surprised at the variety.
You might even find perforated tubes, which you can cut to length....
I would use a cage at least 2" taller than the tube for ventilation purposes.
