+1 for Rick Beato. His interview segments are generally great. I thought his interviews with Steve Lukather were hilarious. Of course, Steve is a bit of a character.

I like Piano note they get in high end players like Jordan Rudess and give them song they don't know of that's stripped down with just the singing and drum beat and get them to make it their own.
Jared Dines is currently doing a series where he's made up a short instrumental piece(its metal orientated) and getting people to make up the lyrics and sing, the winner will get to play a part in the next album recording (with recognition and financial benefits).
