New Issue Forum filters dont save

Am I missing something? I can't seem to save the filter settings for the forum so I end up re-entering them every time.
Any thoughts? Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair?

Yes, I see the Save button isn't functioning as expected. Thanks for noticing it, not that it helps you today.
