Take a look at attachment. Blue is input signal wiring. Red is one method of wiring hot speaker leads, yellow is 2nd method of wiring hot speaker leads. For loop area improvement, I'm thinking the yellow wiring method is better. I'm just looking for someone to verify this true. Sorry for the crappy drawing in advance.

Don't take this wrong because I'm not arguing, just trying to understand. I have both channels three inputs on the left side, the selector for those inputs is on phone jacks, then both channels inputs travel down the left side to the front. How did that creat a loop area? Like I said, trying to understand.

One important loop is between the signal and its ground. Use twisted pair for each speaker lead to minimize its emission, and screened/coax for input leads.
After that you only have ground loops to consider (but they are usually the awkward ones). In professional equipment balanced inputs help remove ground loops.
Star-grounding is an important tool as well.
