Suggestions for DAC chip under 50$

I'm looking for affordable DAC chip for diy headphones amp with:
1) built-in USB
2) simple 2 channel analog output
3) dip or soic case (hand soldering)
4) low THD+N
5) 44khz 16bit or better

All the functions you need, remote 20 cents extra.

FM, USB, SD Card, Bluetooth, Aux.
5V and 3.3v versions are available.

The modules are used here to build amps...these are the DAC and pre amp, different plate amps are used for different outputs, within the same housing, of course the size differs as per rating.
Very handy, and rugged, no moving parts except pots.

For a headphone amp, you can look at using an old computer, can use different apps to play music, the computer is the DAC and music store...and a laptop / tablet can do other things as well as being portable.
