Does anyone have any idea what this 'trim' is called and where I could find something to replace it?
It was damaged beforehand, and even more so now I have removed all the drivers.

They can also come in foam form
Normally, you should be able to remove them with a thin wedge and retain most of it, able to be glued back on later.
Could also 3D print some if you or someone can do that; make it match the mid and tweeter
