It works just fine but after a while tip gets a qotaing and the solder dont melt anymore .I must have about 10 tips that is like that.
Is there something I can do to get reed of this quoting?

Wet sponge, brush, brass sponge? Moisten sponge, heat iron and wipe tip off. If black resin residues remain, refrain to brass sponge. As long as you don't erase the iron coating, you don't do wrong too much.

You have to be pro-active about avoiding oxide build-up on a bit. Always clean regularly, always re-tin the bit before putting it back in the holster. Once the oxide is thick enough flux won't be able to remove it and eventually abrasion will be needed, which reduces the thickness of the iron-plating - once you have worn through the iron plating the bit is junk...
