ADAU1467 S/PDIF in/out to Toslink and RCA

On pins 4 and 5 of the ADAU1467 there is an input and output of SPDIF and I would like to use them in my own preamp project by installing Toslink or RCA or preferably both, could someone show a basic diagram of such an interface?? I've been looking everywhere and somehow I haven't found it anywhere :-(
