I am looking for replacement TO220 transistors. Checked Mouser and DigiKey: NLA. Also checked alternatives 2SC2907/3163/3186: NLA. Both transistors are used in a Sony Audio power supply regulator circuit +/- 25V DC input, +/-15V DC output. 2SC2275 has transient failure. I guess I should replace the pair. Any recommendation? However nearly any TO-220 transistor could be used for replacement.
