I can but is not necessery because i put random picked pnp and npn and they have hfe of 175 to 200 on 12VDC Uce and 12mA Ic using DCA75 pro.

I suggest you to buy all 120pairs and use them in circuit.

Haha, it is. But then you have spare parts with lowest Cob and high fT linearity. And you could match by itself as all pairs measure very close.
