Starving Student II RCA Jack Replacement

I built my Starving Student II headphone amp/preamp back in Sep 2023 and it's been great until recently. The sound kept cutting out, not the power, and I would have to wiggle the Output cable to my speakers to get it to connect. I took it out of my computer desk compartment and noticed that both Input and Ouput RCA jacks that are soldered onto the PCB were loose. I immediately thought I'll see if I can mount some good quality RCA jacks to the back plate and just hard wire them to the PCB. I then saw the RCA jack units were loose and the Negative contacts were not soldered to the PCB. Did I miss something? I did the build step-by-step and thought maybe I missed something. I really don't like the cheap RCA jack units and decided to try putting new RCA jacks in. I took it apart and the new RCA jacks fit perfectly, but one of the plastic washers for each set (R or L) have to be slightly clipped for it to fit next to its matching set on both sides. It took me an hour and a half to complete and the finished product turned out great! I recorded my permanent fix for anyone having this issue and put it on my YouTube channel. The video is a little over 48 minutes long, but I detail how to replace the RCA jacks:
