The parts count on the PCB don't seem to match the schematic

That schematic is for the purple section and doesn't include the red section

I guess where the confusion comes from is in looking at the PAPA version it appears to have seperate power supplies, not a part of the preamp board.

This SE version would fit my needs except to add High and Low Filters and Tone Controls
How can that be accomplished?
