Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they would provide a diagram?

Did you try it on a battery or just with a multimeter? Some smart chargers won't produce much, if any, output unless connected to a battery.

No, I haven't contacted the manufacturer; I will do it then.
It's a charger controlled by two thyristors, and there is a negative voltage on the gate
