12 inch sealed midwoofer suggestion

Hello guys looking to build a very good speaker with time now that I got the subwoofer to cover from 20-80hz I am looking for a sealed 12 inch woofer that can cover from 80-550-700hz circa , looking to use it with the a460g2 waveguide and the bms 4554 with the troath extender that can go low as 550hz, the thing is that I would like a 12 inch that can cover from 80hz in a sealed configuration , in the future I will add a compact 15/18 for the lower part , for now I just need some help to find a suitable woofer that at least is 95db in sensibility and with good linearity and power handling thanks

Per simulation in WinISD the 12FH500 in 13 liters sealed (Qtc=0.702) is -3 dB at 150 Hz, an octave above your 80 Hz spec. With EQ or in a vented box it could work.

The 12PR320 needs 45 liters for the same Qtc, but is -3 dB at 83 Hz and still makes 95 dB/1W midband, looks more suitable to me. There is some good commentary in the linked thread.

I own neither, but do have the 12PR300's and like them. The 320's are a newer design and look like an improvement.

I also have 15FH500's, and plan to pair them in vented boxes with A400G2 or A460G2 horns with the Tymphany drivers from the group buy. In a sealed box the 15's don't need much more volume than the 12PR320's, and go nearly as low (-3 dB @ 89 Hz), but are 3 dB more sensitive. They would easily go high enough to meet your BMS drivers. I'm glad I got a good discount on mine!

thanks guglielmo! sounds like the 12pr320 is a good candidate and still efficient! the thing is that in the future i will add the 3rd way under it, like a 18inch bms , endgame low driver, and they could make a fantastic setup, before i was planning to do with the 15fh500 too, but changed my mind, its a great driver!
