From looking at your top PCB picture, the inputs goes to 10R resistors, your outputs goes to 47R resistors…it’s the contrary on your schematic…

There was a small silk-screen error when marking the resistors. Otherwise everything is perfect.
I noticed the mistake immediately after they were put into production.
