What is the most future-proof Sony ES from 1990 to 94 or Technics from 1995 to 2000? Think about durability and serviceability in the future?
I assume you are referring to just amplifiers or receivers?
I don't think the question can be meaningfully answered without specific models being mentioned. You would have to look if any failure prone parts (say unique power FET's) were obtainable today. Serviceability comes down to parts availability and access to service info. Also any older equipment should be at least visually checked for common issues like dries, hot running parts and possible cap deterioration of parts located particularly in hot running areas.
All manufacturers have products that are supremely reliable and conversely ones that are not. Do your research on whatever you are interested in.

Technics had a very broad range starting from cheap crap to very expensive stuff, while the ES range was in the mid to upper range. So really you need to compare device to device. As I'm mostly Denon and DIY, so I only have two devices of that circa era - A TC-K700ES and a SL-P1200. Both are built like a tank, and both do need a rework (too lazy...).
Both companies used ICs that are now hard to find, and then being very expensive. Lasers for CD-Players are another problem, some Sony parts are unobtainium, while Technics used only a few different models, some pickups for high end devices might be extracted from budget devices.

I purchased complete Technics hifi, receiver, cassette deck, cd player long time ago new. I gave receiver to my brother when i moved out from europe, he is still using it daily. What is the most future-proof Sony ES from 1990 to 94 or Technics from 1995 to 2000? This was the receiver i had. I liked the clean sound, enjoyed the spectrum analyzer, and digital echo for organ music. Rarely used dolby prologic, as i used only two channels. But two rare channels with digital delay were great.
