There is nothing more expensive than buying suspiciously cheap parts. 😉
So where in China, and from who? Some “seller” in China claiming to have real OnSemi and charging a buck apiece, or somebody claiming to make an equivalent? Neither is risk free but the former is guaranteed to be BS.
