Can you use isolation transformer for psu?

Hi there

I saw an isolation power transformer. Triad n-73a. Can i use it as power transformer for my 5687 tube preamp (140vdc)

It will work, but why choose a 150VA transformer to power a preamp circuit? And you need another power supply to power the filament.
