Dear all, my 2011 Bassman TV 10 is a great sounding little bad amp; unusual nowadays for having a 12AX7 valve preamp. Sadly it went quite a couple of months ago and I sent to the UK Fender Service Centre in Liverpool. They said that the PSU had failed and no parts are available anymore. The amp is effectively scrap. He did say that it was possible to replace/repair the PSU on the IC but they do not do that. Can anyone here help? I see no reason why your amplifier cannot be restored.
If you send me the amplifier, (just the amp, not the case), I can take a look for you and give you a price.
I am semi-retired and valve amplifier restoration is what I do.
