This amp blows the rail caps,rated 100v.
Rail voltage is about75v and goes up 114v when I apply a signal.
Any suggestions?

This typically happens when one bank of FETs isn't being driven properly and typically happens on only one rail.

Have you replaced the two 1D transistors in the center of the driver board?

T0 92 size in there,I will replace them.
