That's what I was thinking so I turned the pot's all the way down. They are still still getting hot even after removing the output fet's.
From what I see on photos of a 2600x, the board shows signs of heat stress so those transistors running hot may be normal.
Has it blown any new FETs?
Is the output possibly oscillating at high frequency?

No, it hasn't blown any new fet's because I haven't installed new ones yet (they're expensive). I still have 2 fet's left (enough for one channel). Is there anything else I can replace them with?
Ok. It's been literally over 10yrs since I've messed with electronics until recently. I'll install the irf540's, but to adjust the pots don't i start at the bottom and turn them up until I see a current draw and then back them off? I really wish your tutorial was still easy to see.
Why isn't it easy to see?
For most all amps, start fully counter-clockwise and increase until you just see an increase. All heatsink-mounted components need to be tightly clamped to the heatsink when doing this.

I replaced both Q310 & Q410 (mmbt56). Replaced all 4 output fets (irf540). With the bias pots all the way down now only one channel is getting hot. I noticed R359 was open so I replaced that also (680 ohm). Still the one channel gets hot.
How hot, how quickly?
The actual FlashBrowser (as in v0.81_FlashBrowser_x64.exe)? That should work. I have that installed and just checked it. That said, it has very few features and doesn't handle all files well. Safari 5.1.7 is the best overall option. Chromium Portable is also very good but there are still more options. Read the top section of the following page.

Right-click the repair tutorial folder and select 'properties' from the dialog box. How many files do you see there?

Why haven't you updated this? This appears to be nearly 20 years old (2007-ish?). It costs nothing to keep updated.
Go to your control panel's Programs and Features:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features
Do you have the three Flash drivers installed as seen below?
If so, which version? You need the .371 or earlier. IF not, you can get them from the section at the top of the following page:
