TPA3255 Bluetooth Car Amplifier, Battery operated Boombox.

Here's my design of TPA3255 Car amplifier amplifier, The design includes 12V battery to +40V Interleaved DC-DC Boost Converter with Fuse and Battery Reverse protection.
Next I will design the pre-amplifier & Bluetooth audio & Bluetooth Remote Controller.
Prototype boards will be available by next week and hopefully I can demo the audio performance.

Current design doesn't support bridgeable mode, I will test the thermal performance then add the bridgeable function.

First Sound Test. Limited Power Rating.
Power Supply Input Voltage : 12VDC
Boost DC-DC Output voltage going to TPA3255 : 30VDC., I will increase to full power 45VDC.
Speaker : Stereo , 4 Ohms.

Yo hey, that one looks really interesting!
I did a very similar thing, now in Gen3, based on the TPA3245, 51 and now TPA3223.
6Ch Board, DCDC, Hotswap, DSP, ADC, Bluetooth.... Basically everything you need except a BMS & Charger.
