Hi I’ve been gifted about 40 2SK539 used devices out of an old inverter I would like to know if they could be used to make a power amp there’s also a huge heat sink that they were fitted to any suggestions please circuits? I would be grateful thanks .

Those FET's are probably not the best choice to base an amp around... not that it couldn't be done but they are very high voltage with only modest current handling ability. They are optimised for on/off switching rather than linear operation.
You would also have to prove them in a design rather than assuming they would be drop in replacements. The low current issue means parallel pairs for anything of moderate power ability.
