Hi guys, working on a vintage MTX Thunder 2300 that came in DOA. Found several bulged caps that apparently shorted out and burned the circuit board pretty badly.
Does anyone have pictures of the underside of the board to see how the traces ran prior to the board burning? If not, a schematic might be helpful. Thanks in advance

You need to remove 100% of the soot, take high resolution photos of both sides of the board then cut away 100% of the carbonized fiberglass. Then reroute any of the traces that were broken when the board was cut away.
From that point, you will need to see what circuits are broken and work from there.
What revision board is this?
I've attached something that's vaguely similar but may not be very useful.

Thank you Mr. Babbin. I am going to remove/replace all the large capacitors and possibly the transformer which should give me access to properly clean the board.
In cutting out the charred fiberglass, do you recommend cutting all the way through the board, or just deep enough to remove the charring?

You need to cut away everything that's not the original clean color (white or slightly off white) whether it penetrates the board or not. All that's the original color can remain.
Do you have a donor transformer? These aren't wound like a standard transformer (if it's like the 2300s that I've seen. Or are you simply talking about removing it to clean?
The diagram does not show the windings for this amp. The diagram shows a more conventional (sort of) winding configuration.

Take photos of good enough quality that you can see all of the windings (where they go into the board) very clearly. That means taking from multiple angles, in focus and with no flare from the flash.
