Out of stock for how long?
What's available?
I'd drop something in to make sure it's worth repairing. It looks like it's been wet.

Oh, sorry about that one, that was at my home but i didnt grab a pic from the one thats intended for repair at my shop, i wanted to send out my question early to get a timely feedback as i wanted to start work on it early.
The one to repair is cleaner. My part shop won’t have the 3205 until January, the customer needs the amp coming Thursday, is there any subs that can be used reliable.

I know there are lots of subs but on a less experienced scale would just take the best advice. Currently I’m seeing 44Z with 47ohms gate resistor but it was repaired previously (didn’t question how long it lasted).
I may be able to get 50 up to 70N06, do you want to make a suggestion from that if yes, same gate resistors?

My parts guy is getting older, in his late eighties….forgot that he has the 3205’s. Anyways I’ve installed them, found also two shorted 640 on the output. After powering up its alternating power and protect, my output circuit is ok and my power supply is operating. I’m doubting the audio driver card at this moment, I’ve pulled it and when powered it’s not on protect (but I assumed it shouldn’t produce any rail voltage)I’m not with a scope at the moment so I’m just back to basics. (Driver card was repaired previously)

Driver card was repaired previously
^^^ Explain.
The driver card shows thermal stress aroung Q6 and Q7. Those should always be replaced in every repair, even if they check OK. They run hot and can become intermittent.

Repair previously by the soldering finishes I see on it, not by me but I haven’t touch it as yet, I won’t get to do the SMD repair now as my parts is at my main shop. Will update you as it progresses.
