I've built a couple of Prasi's boards and they work quite well. Prasi's speaker protection board is the same circuit as the Store's version, except he replaced the mechanical relays with SSRs.
I don't know if this helps you, but I recently had jlcpcb.com manufacture five boards for me. I selected HASL lead free as an upgrade and the cheapest shipping option, and the delivered cost (including local sales tax) was about 5 USD. The package arrived 11 days after the order was placed.
