Audiopipe 1500 turns on without remote

When power is supplied to power wire the amp turns on.

Remote has no power. Amp has no audio amp on. The only way this amp to turn on is supply power to remote connection.
The amp works 100% when power is supplied to 12+ connection without remote connection.

What should I be looking for or what controls turn on. (It has no relay)

What do you mean that it turns on? Does the PS simply produce rail and regulated voltage?

But no audio, no rail-rail oscillation?

The amp just turn on without the remote from the head unit.
It plays fine but I can't have the amp power on without the car turn on.
If you look at the picture the yellow wire is not connected and the amp is on.
I hope I explained it correct.

How are you defining 'on'?

If you measure the voltage on the remote terminal (with nothing connected to it), what is the voltage?

On in like the blue led turns on and if i send audio to the amp it will play normal.
0v on remote terminal. 13.8v on positive and negative is hooked up.

Do any of the transistors Q17, 18 or 20 read shorted?

Yes, Q20 and R78 were bad. I replace them and she works.

How do you know? There must be 10 of thousands of amps and you seem to know everyone.

This is a clone of hundreds(?) of other amps. The attached diagram is one that's very similar.
