These are genuine parts, I did the following tests to make sure:
Visual inspection of the package
Confirming the bulk Package it came in is what Sanken uses
hfe in range of Batch/grade
Vce breakdown voltage check (these test between 286-302 volts) ie 30% over spec
Most importantly for LAPT's the CE junction capacitance (base actually) is over 300pf for the PNP's and 500pf for NPN's
I broke a couple (in the name of science) to measure the wafer size (its over 5mm) and that it has a dual back plate, fakes usually have a single back plate
I have no doubts these are genuine!

Considering the price of Large Output devices 200w and above, plus these are unobtanium, plus they can sub for 2sa1169/a1170/a1215/a1216/a1494 pairs makes this a fair price.

Thanks K-amps for the new old-stock original Sanken 2SC3264 and 2SA1295 outputs! I highly recommend using K-amps for any parts you need, he took the time to match all 16 pairs of my new outputs to within 1-2% of each other from his stock and packaged them very well for shipment. I was extremely happy to find these outputs that have been discontinued since 2018 at a fair price, thanks to K-Amps I can get my Parasound HCA-3500 restoration back on track again!
