Criton need help

As a newbie, I started with Criton 2TDX since I got their plans, and their LDW7. I played with Vituixcad and Xsim to end up with this;

But, when I tried with the crossover, there is a lack of loudness for both (tweeter and woofers), I could only get 10% of DB expected. I made tests, bypassing the capacitor for the tweeter and the woofers, it's sounds better in terms of DB.
My question; where should I focus modifications or research to find the trouble?

For the SB tweeter maybe third order with values in this range approx:
1st capacitor 3-8uF, Inductor 0.15-0.25mH and 2nd capacitor 6-22uF. You could try and have a look at the SB Acoustics webpage and their speaker kit design pages they have Xover information.

As noted above by Allen removal of the resistor seems sensible. In a real world scenario, but not knowing the impedance of the woofers used, I think maybe the bass inductor could be smaller and the capacitor larger. I assume that it is two 8 ohms woofers in parallel here?

I am not sure what is going on with impedance in your VituixCad data, did you trace the manufacturers impedance curve and import it into the model or have you used a fixed 8 ohm? Maybe try reading the help file and go over what you have done.

Others will also mention that if you have traced the data and it is not real measured data with the drivers in the cabinet it will not include
diffraction loss /baffle step. Quite often when this happens the simulated inductor end up being much smaller than the 3mH you are currently showing.

Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.
