How calculate the box to build BLH+FLH (like VOTT type) with woofer BSA PL-10

I want to know if I need to tune the horn at the same freq Back and Front ?

Another question, do you know a good online software to building the enclosure with shematic and wood parts size ?

No, based on its T/S, measured response specs puts its mean at ~(70*7000)^0.5 = 700 Hz, but really need to break in the drivers and measure their specs and use their mean and with a high Qt, the BLH will only load to its upper mass corner (Fhm) = 2*64/0.6 = ~213 Hz, so there maybe (likely?) a mids dip unless you build a huge ~ (213*700)^0.5 = ~386 Hz FLH.

Anyway, need actual driver specs, response plot and adjust mine to suit, otherwise the build could be a disaster performance wise.

Compound horns are touchy. Best to simulate (use Hornresp or similar) to help confirm a starting point. Most are so small that the rear load is effectively a ducted reflex/TL hybrid.

I know of no software specifically to make it easy to fold/build compound horns. However, you might find something you can adapt (or request addition of a model for same) if you inquire with Lordsansui here. For other adaptations for horn folding, you may find Brian Steele's folding sheets useful. For example, you could at least do the rear horns roughly with those, etc.

How big can your horn be, and how low must it play -- those are the normal questions. In addition, we must ask how high it must play (and be prepared for disappointments all around). Compound horns are often bigger for reduced/different performance (bandwidth/size) than can be achieved by combining other ways. If you tell people what sort of usage it will see, you may receive better assistance.

It is often better to stick a reflex box on the back of a medium-sized midhorn or a very short midhorn on a larger rear duct--but not both. You will see such things in 5 minutes in sims.

If you want to think and calculate, it's probably a rite of passage to read the Dinsdale paper that Dave has so kindly consolidated & hosted. And then the Keele bit to understand some of what GM just posted.
