In drawer for last 20 years

Since I get most parts to do it ! let's go..... anybody built this Double Barrel version 2.1A , bought the boards from Hong Kong at least 20 years ago., I ask just to be sure this version
is not a problematic one !

Nice, but rather awkward and challenging to mount those TO-3s.

As I over the years have accumulated a few different boards for this type I had my cabinet maker machine this aluminum profile to facilitate easier mounting of the finished board. Boards can be mounted both vertically and horizontal as the sides are 15 versus 30mm.

Just drill an L shaped aluminium extrusion of appropriate sitze and thickness using the boards as templates and mount the TO-3's well insulated onto it.

That demands a horizontal arrangement. Taking up a lot of space most likely needed for caps and transformers. If mounted vertically my way the transistors will be spread along the bottom of the heat sink, maximizing the heat transfer from the heat sink to the air.
