Keysight (Agilent) dsox1102g with all options unlocked, including 200 MHz bandwidth, has 20 MHz waveform generator and bode plot.
The oscilloscope is as new.
Without test probes.

Yes, it is possible to upgrade to 200Mhz, but it will be very expensive for sure. I think you can still buy the upgrade option from Keysight
I have bought it already with the 200Mz bandwidth enabled.

Keysight has a 200 MHz upgrade for the DSOX1200, so maybe... It's ~$800 for the 200 MHz upgrade on the 4-channel version of the DSOX1200 (says the Keysight website).
